Privacy policy.

For the private Google Workspace integration operated by Mattlabs and used by its Hermes Bots. This policy concerns the integration, not other services at mattlabs.eu.

01 Scope and access

The integration connects only Google accounts whose owner explicitly authorizes it through Google OAuth. Authorized operator-controlled Bots can then access the connected account to carry out tasks. Depending on the granted scopes and service configuration, the integration may read or change Gmail messages, Calendar events, Drive files, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Tasks, Contacts, Chat, Apps Script resources, and search-related data.

These informational pages do not ask visitors to sign in and do not collect Google account credentials or Google Workspace content.

02 How Google data is used

Google user data is accessed to perform tasks for the account owner or other authorized operator, such as finding information, summarizing content, creating or changing an item when requested, or providing a response. The integration does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to build or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

03 AI processing and sharing

When an authorized Bot handles a task involving Google content, relevant portions of that content may be sent to the AI model provider configured for the Bot to generate a response or complete the task. The operator controls which Bots and model providers are configured. Service providers involved in hosting or processing may receive the data necessary to operate the requested service. Processing by those providers is subject to their applicable terms and settings. We do not make connected account content publicly available through this site.

04 Storage and retention

OAuth credentials are stored on the operator’s privately hosted connector, separate from this website. Task inputs or outputs may appear in the Bot conversation history or operational logs according to the operator’s configuration; relevant content sent to a model provider may be retained under that provider’s policies. Credentials remain until the connection is removed or revoked. To request removal of integration-held data, use the contact address below.

Cloudflare delivers these public pages and may process basic request information, including IP address and browser metadata, to provide and secure the site. These pages set no first-party tracking cookies and include no analytics scripts or forms.

05 Your choices

The Google account owner can review or revoke the app’s access in their Google Account security settings. Revoking access prevents future Google API access through that grant; it does not automatically erase existing conversation history or provider-side records. You can ask the operator to remove locally stored authorization and associated data using the contact below.

06 Contact

For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, contact the operator at mattiasboiejonson@outlook.com.
